Our cancellation policy

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact our office as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs. To provide the best service to all our patients and to effectively manage our schedule, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 

  1. No-Show Policy: If a patient fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a "no-show." In the event of a no-show, a patient will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit for their next appointment. 

  1. Late Cancellation Policy: If a patient needs to cancel or reschedule their appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24-hour notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice for cancellation or rescheduling twice within a one-year period will result in the patient being required to pay a non-refundable deposit for their next appointment. 

Deposit Details: 

  • The deposit amount will be determined by the type of appointment and will be communicated to the patient at the time of scheduling. 

  • Deposits can be paid over the phone or in person at our office. 

  • When a patient attends the appointment, the deposit will be applied toward the cost of the procedure. However, if the patient cancels or fails to attend the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.

We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and dental insurance. Our team will be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have regarding payment and insurance coverage. Your dental health and well-being are our top priorities, and we strive to make the financial aspect of your visit as smooth as possible.
